Shipping Policy

All of our jewellery comes packaged in one of our Charmé-branded gift boxes.

All purchases will be processed within 36 hours of the order being made, or you will be notified by e-mail.

Our standard delivery within the UK (£15.00) is via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which can be tracked from the moment it leaves our premises and requires a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 day. Should you happen to be out when the Royal Mail call, they will leave a card and you can either contact them to rearrange delivery or you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office.

For orders over £200, there is free delivery within the UK.

Currently, there are no international shipments.
